Refund Policy

Service packages and custom projects

• Before work starts: full refund if you cancel before we begin work on your order.
• After work has started: a partial refund for the part of the work not yet done. Completed milestones and work already delivered are not refundable.
• If we cannot deliver: if we are unable to deliver what the package describes, you get a full refund of the undelivered part.
• If you are not happy with the result, please use the revisions included in your package first; we will work with you to put things right.

Digital products

Because digital files cannot be returned, downloads are generally non-refundable once the download link has been used. If a file is faulty, does not match its description, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

How to request a refund

Email office@thebezalel.com with your order or payment reference and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Paystack (or Squad) in NGN, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Gateway fees and exchange-rate differences may not be recoverable.
