Services and scope

Each package lists what is included (pages, products, modules, revisions and delivery time). Custom projects follow the written quote or proposal we agree on. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Online payments are charged in Nigerian naira (NGN) through Paystack (or Squad where offered) at the exchange rate shown at checkout.
• Packages are paid in full before work starts. Larger custom projects may be split into milestones as agreed in the quote.
• Your bank or card provider may add its own fees; those are outside our control.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access (hosting, store admin, domain, API keys) and feedback needed to complete the work, and to make sure you have the rights to any content, images or trademarks you send us. Delivery times start once we have what we need and pause while we wait for your input.

Delivery and revisions

Work begins within 24 hours of payment (Mon–Sat, WAT). The number of revisions included is listed in each package. A revision is a change to delivered work within the original scope; new features count as new scope.

Digital products

Templates, modules and other digital products are licensed for use in your own projects or your clients' projects. You may not resell or redistribute them as standalone products. Download links are sent by email after payment.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the custom work created for you. Third-party themes, plugins, libraries and our pre-existing code remain under their own licences; you receive the right to use them as part of your project. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Support and liability

We fix bugs in delivered work that are reported within the support period stated in your package. We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, marketplaces, plugins) or by changes made by others after delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first.
